Dead Tree Seeds Put 2020 Album 'Push The Button' Back Into Circulation

French thrash metal outfit Dead Tree Seeds have brought their 2020 album Push The Button back into circulation with a new digital re-release, available now across streaming platforms and Bandcamp.
The release continues the band’s recent trip back through its catalogue following the reissues of the Back To The Seeds EP and Toxic Thoughts.
Originally released in 2020, Push The Button catches Dead Tree Seeds firing on the classic thrash-metal cylinders: sharp riffing, pounding rhythms, explosive leads and the kind of speed-driven aggression built from the same DNA as Testament, Exodus, Kreator, Overkill and Slayer.
The album also represents a transitional point in the band’s history. Dead Tree Seeds had already spent more than a decade carving out a place in the French thrash scene by that point, and Push The Button paired their old-school foundations with tighter songwriting, greater technical precision and a heavier modern production.
Featuring vocalist Franck Le Hard, the record helped establish the musical direction Dead Tree Seeds would continue exploring through 2022’s Back To The Seeds and 2024’s Toxic Thoughts.
Formed in 2009, Dead Tree Seeds have shared stages with bands including Angelus Apatrida, No Return and Nervosa, while developing a sound deeply rooted in the speed, aggression and precision of classic thrash.
